11.3 Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact jilliee Casino's support team to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavor to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
